Purpose

Rank and Rent Keyword Research is a privately operated tool for evaluating local keyword search demand and business opportunities. It is not a public subscription or advertising service.

Authorised use

The application may only be used by the operator or expressly authorised users. Users must comply with applicable law, Google Ads API terms and Google policies, and must not attempt to access accounts or data without permission.

Estimates and decisions

Keyword volumes, competition metrics and bid ranges are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. They do not guarantee search rankings, enquiries, revenue or business viability. Business decisions remain the responsibility of the operator.

Availability

Access and functionality may change or stop without notice, including where Google modifies API availability, permissions or usage limits.

Third-party services

Google Ads and related services are governed by their own terms. This application is independent of Google and is not endorsed by Google.
